Our Story
The SwiftLeadership® Café, a Swift HR Solutions product, began as a passion project between early-stage Zillow’s first VP of Human Resources, Shannon Swift, and one of Southwest Airlines’ early training development team members, Delise Simmons. Their goal was to create a ready-to-use tool that would help companies develop amazing managers and happier teams all around. They wanted to create what they were unable to find in the marketplace – a continuous manager training program that:
• Allows companies to deliver training content onsite or virtually in one hour or less
• Enables leaders inside the organization to facilitate the content themselves
• Increases leadership capacity at the organization’s pace
• Builds stronger leadership team relationships
• Helps the leadership team to establish a common language
• Facilitates a learning culture within their organization
• Is cost-effective and scalable
