It is designed to be delivered by your leaders to your front-line supervisors in an ongoing (monthly recommended) cadence during regularly scheduled staff meetings.
What does leader-led mean?
The “leader-led” format turns your leaders into trainers of leadership content. The topics are designed to be taught in any order, based on the needs and priorities of your organization, and contributes to a strong leadership team culture with a unified language.
What is included in the SwiftLeadership® Café membership?
You get a personal web-portal that gives you access to the 20 (and growing) Café modules that are continuously refined based on the ever-changing demands of employees, managers, and the business world.
Your SwiftLeadership® Café membership includes a Train-the-Trainer session where you will learn how to get the most out of each module.
The subscription model ensures that you always have access to new modules and module updates.
What is included in a Café module?
Each module includes:

Each module is delivered in just 45-60 minutes, allowing practical leadership skills to be developed within the organization without taking time away from day-to-day business.
Can I cancel at any time with the monthly payment plan?
There is a minimum 1 year commitment for the Café membership. You can cancel any time after 1 year with the monthly plan.
