What is the SwiftLeadership® Café?
The SwiftLeadership® Café is an internal “leader-led” manager development program that provides on-demand content for your company’s leaders to train other leaders in order to build more effective, engaged teams. The Café’s online platform is easy to use and gives you streamlined access to 20 (and growing) leadership development training modules. We provide all of the tools and content that you will need to deliver the trainings in one-hour increments throughout the year, including an initial “Train-the Trainer” session so that you can get started right away. The content is updated and new modules are added regularly, so that your team can continue to benefit from the Café over time.
What are the benefits of subscribing to the SwiftLeadership® Café?
There are many benefits to subscribing to the SwiftLeadership® Café. They include:

What Does “Leader-Led” Mean?
We refer to the SwiftLeadership® Café as a “leader-led” program because we provide the tools and training to leaders within your company or organization so that they can deliver the modules to their team. You will not need to bring in outside trainers to train your team, which will ultimately save time and money.
What is included in the SwiftLeadership® Café membership?
Your Café membership provides a personal web-portal that gives you access to the (currently 20) Café modules that are continuously refined based on the ever-changing demands of employees, managers, and the business world. Your membership also includes one "Train-the-Trainer" session which will provide you with all of the training your facilitators need to get started delivering the modules to your team.
The subscription model ensures that you always have access to new modules and module updates included during the life of your subscription.
Not everyone is back in our office in-person. Can we present Café modules to our employees virtually?
Yes! The SwiftLeadership® Café is presented on a web-based platform so it’s easy to share your screen during a virtual meeting and present the Café modules to your virtual team members. Embedded facilitator tips guide you through both in-person and virtual presentations.
Is the Café mobile-friendly?
Yes! While you can access the SwiftLeadership® Café on a mobile device, we recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer when facilitating a training module. That way you can more easily view the presenter’s notes during the presentation, and the team can more easily interact.
ACCOUNT SETTINGS
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, you will need to reset it. To do so, simply click on the “forgot password” link, which can be found just above the password entry field in the log in pop up box. Once you do, you will be prompted to enter your email address into a field and then click the “Send me reset instructions” button. An email will be automatically sent to your inbox. Click on the link in the email to access the password reset screen. Once you have reset your password, use that new password to log into the SwiftLeadership® Café.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, access “Your Account” after logging into the SwiftLeadership® Café. Once there, click the “Change Your password” link in the profile section of the Your Account pop up box. Enter you're your current password and then your new password into the fields provided. Then click on the “Update Password” button to save your changes.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, access “Your Account” after logging into the SwiftLeadership® Café. Once there, click the “Change Your email” link in the profile section of the Your Account pop up box. Enter your new email address and then your current password into the fields provided. Then click on the “Update Email” button to save your changes. Be sure to use your new email address to log into the SwiftLeadership® Café after you have saved your changes.
How do I edit my profile information?
Your SwiftLeadership® Café profile includes your name and photo. To change your profile information, access “Your Account” after logging into the SwiftLeadership® Café. Once there, click the “Edit your profile” link in the profile section of the Your Account pop up box. There, you can upload a profile photo (or change your photo if you’ve already uploaded one.) You can also update your first and last name. Once you’ve made your changes, be sure to click the “Update Profile” button to save your changes.
My credit card information needs to be updated – how do I make that change?
You can update your credit card information by accessing “Your Account” within the Café. Simply click on “Your Account” in the Café left navigation menu, or on the “Your Account” button found on the lower right-hand side of your screen once you’re logged into the Café.
How many facilitators within my company or organization can access the Café?
Your annual subscription to the SwiftLeadership® Café includes access for up to 5 people in your organization. Additional users may be added in 5-user increments for an additional $100 per month (monthly subscribers) or $1000 per year (annual subscribers.)
I’d like to add more users than 5 – how can I do that?
If you would like to allow access to the Café modules for more than 5 facilitators on your team, please contact us.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Taxes are included in your Café membership dues. We will take care of paying any applicable taxes. If you need to calculate the price before sales tax, use these equations:
For the Monthly Payment Plan: Pre-tax Price = $1,000 / ( 1 + your-local-tax-rate )
For the Annual Payment plan: Pre-tax Price = $11,000 / ( 1 + your-local-tax-rate )
For Example: If your local tax rate is 8.9%: Pre-tax Price = $11,000 / ( 1 + 0.089 ) = $10,101.01 Sales tax = $898.99
I want to cancel my subscription – how do I do that?
The SwiftLeadership® Café subscription is a year-long commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but if you are enrolled in the monthly Café subscription plan and cancel your membership prior to the end of the initial 12-month period, you will be charged for the remainder of the year. If you paid up front for the annual plan, you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of the year. If you do cancel before the end of your 12-month period, you will no longer have access to the portal or any of the Café modules.
If you still want to cancel your subscription, you can do so by clicking “Your Account” in the left navigation of your Café portal. Once the “Your Account” pop-up appears, click “view payment plan” in the Billing section. Once there, click “cancel subscription.”
GETTING STARTED
How do I learn to facilitate Café modules?
Your SwiftLeadership® Café membership includes a “Train-the-Trainer” session where you will learn how to get the most out of each module. After you schedule online, you'll receive a Zoom link for your Train-the-Trainer session.
What is the “Train-the-Trainer” session and why is it important to go through it before beginning to deliver the modules?
We’re here for you! We want you to have all the tools and information you need to dive right into delivering your modules. When you purchase an annual subscription to the SwiftLeadership® Café, we provide you with a 45-60 minute “Train-the-Trainer” session to familiarize you with the portal, module content and facilitation approach. One Train-the-Trainer session is included in your Café subscription. If you’d like to schedule additional sessions, you may do so for an additional cost of $250 per training.
How do I schedule my “Train-the-Trainer” session?
Scheduling your Train-the-Trainer session is easy! Simply visit the SwiftLeadership® Café home page and click on the “Sign Up Now” button in the “Sign Up for the Train-the-Trainer Session” section of the page (just underneath the welcome video.) This will bring you to a Calendly pop up box, where you can select and schedule your training date.
I have already attended a “Train-the-Trainer” session, but I would like someone else at our company to attend one as well. Is it possible to schedule more than one Train-the-Trainer sessions?
It is possible to schedule more than one Train-the-Trainer session, however, there is an additional cost of $250 for each additional training. Your first training is included in the annual subscription to the Café. You can schedule additional trainings through the Calendly pop up box that can be accessed through the SwiftLeadership® Café home page.
I purchased a Café Subscription – what should I do next?
Congratulations on joining the SwiftLeadership® Café and shifting your organization to a learning culture! Once you’ve signed up for your annual subscription, you will immediately have access to all (currently 20) Café modules.
When you’re ready to dive in, visit the Café Home page to view an introductory video that will give you an overview of how the modules are designed. Then, schedule your “Train-the-Trainer” session where you will learn how to use the portal, how to deliver your modules to your team and some insights on which modules to deliver to your team first. Finally, visit the modules page where you will see thumbnails of each of the modules. Simply click on a module to access the its’ content, which includes:
- A google slides presentation which can be used to offer the training to your team
- Facilitator Guide (for the trainer)
- Printable Presentation (for your team, if desired)
- Participant handouts (for your team, if desired)
- Additional resources, handouts, assessments and other supporting materials may also be included in some modules
As you familiarize yourself with each module, please note that helpful tips are embedded in each module’s Facilitator Guide to help you seamlessly navigate the content and interactive elements.
MODULES
How do I access the list of modules?
You can access the list of modules by clicking on the “Modules” menu item within the SwiftLeadership® Café. Once there, you will notice that the modules are arranged in alphabetical order from left to right. Simply find the thumbnail of the module you are interested in and click on it to access that module.
What is included in each module?
Each of the SwiftLeadership® Café modules includes a google slides presentation which can be used to offer the training to your team. When you enter “full screen” mode and project the presentation on a screen, you will also be able to see the presenter’s notes on your laptop. Each module has the following supporting documents that can be downloaded:
- Facilitator Guide (for the trainer)
- Printable Presentation (for your team, if desired)
- Participant handouts (for your team, if desired)
Some modules will also include assessment tools, resources, and/or additional handouts.
Can I customize the content?
Yes, in order to do so you need to purchase a download for an additional cost of $500 per module for a one-time download.
Please note that if you download the presentation and customize it, you will not be able to deliver your module through the SwiftLeadership® Café portal. It is also important to note that your downloaded content will not receive any updates since all updates are automatically provided through your Café portal.
Can I download the module PowerPoint presentation?
We encourage you to present your module through the SwiftLeadership® Café portal so that you’re always presenting the most current version of the modules. If you do need to download the module presentation, you can do so at an additional cost of $500 per module for the one-time download.
Please note that if you download the presentation, you will not be able to deliver your module through the SwiftLeadership® Café portal. It is also important to note that your downloaded content will not receive any updates since all updates are automatically provided through your Café portal.
How can I view a presentation in full screen in order to present it to my team?
When you are ready to present your Café module to your team, it will be important to view your presentation in full-screen mode. To access full-screen mode, click on the three dots to the right of the slide numbers on the bottom of the google slide window. From there, click on “Enter full screen”. Your presentation will then expand to take up your full screen. To exit full screen mode, click the “esc” (escape) button on your keyboard. When you project your presentation in full-screen mode onto a large screen, you should still see your presenter’s notes on your laptop. If you do not have a large screen and projector, you can also use two smaller screens to view the presentation on one and your presenter’s notes on the other.
Are there notes for the trainer built into the module presentations and if so, how can I access them?
We have added notes to each module presentation that can be used by the trainer when they are presenting the module – these notes will only be visible to the trainer and not to the rest of your team. To access the speaker’s notes, click on the three dots to the right of the slide numbers on the bottom of the google slide window. From there, click on “Open speaker notes”. The notes will pop up in a separate window for you to view while presenting your module to your team.
I clicked on the “Google Slides” logo in the bottom right corner of the google slide and have left the Café. What happened?
If possible, avoid clicking the Google Slides logo in the bottom right corner of the google slide that’s embedded in your module. By clicking on the logo, you will be taken to the main navigation page for Google slides in a new browser window where you might see other Google slide presentations that you have access to. To get back to the Café, simply close the browser window (or the browser tab) and you should be back to your Café module within the SwiftLeadership® Café portal.
How often are modules updated?
Modules are updated each year to ensure that content is fresh and relevant.
Do you ever add new modules?
Yes! One to two new modules are typically added per year. We proactively identify topics that impact the workplace and create new modules to support long-term management. We also listen to customer requests, so if you have suggestions for a new module topic, please let us know!
